Finely furnished and equipped with all comforts, the double or twin rooms offer tailor-made solutions for every need. Each room is the result of a careful combination between classic style and modern functionality. Located in an elegant and recently renovated farmhouse, they are designed to accommodate guests in the quietness of the countryside, just few kilometers from the heart of Florence.

All guests of Fattoria di Maiano can access the exclusive panoramic swimming pool and the attractions of the Botanic Garden, with possibility of guided tours through the park’s paths, off-road safari tours, hiking trails and picnic areas, and then stimulating visits to discover the farm activities and its animals, or the delicacies of our Restaurant Lo Spaccio, with its dishes based on local products.

Basic rooms (2 adults)

For two people, with double bed or two single beds (on request). Essential and functional, it has a private bathroom with shower.

Comfort rooms (2 adults)

For two people, with double bed or two single beds (on request). Equipped with private bathroom with shower,it is designed for those looking for full domestic comfort even on vacation.

Comfort Plus rooms (2 adults +1 kid up to 18 years)

For two people, with double bed or two single beds (on request). Spacious and bright, it has a private bathroom with shower. It is also possible to add a bed for a child up to 18 years upon request.

Superior rooms (2 adults + 2 kids under 14 years)

For two people, with double bed or twin beds (on request), it has a private bathroom with shower and bath tub. Refined and spacious, it offers the possibility to host a child and a boy (up to 14 years) with a bunk bed on request.
