FULL EQUIPPED PRESTIGIOUS LOCATION
Fattoria di Maiano offers several locations both for business events and for any kind of convivial moment. Sala Olivaia is a perfect synthesis of aesthetics and functionality , with its terracotta floors and exposed beams. Obtained from an old warehouse for olives, today it boasts an elegant rustic style, well equipped for meetings and multimedia conferences. In addition, you wil find Sala del Convitto, with its symmetry of arches and columns, and the more intimate Sala del Camino, ideal for meetings up to 18 people. Three bathrooms are available at ground floor for your guests, one with assisted access. The farm has also a parking space for about 50 people, and valet parking or cloakroom upon request.

EXCLUSIVE SETTING FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS
Coffee breaks, light lunches and special events find the ideal setting at the farm. Visit the magnificent fifteenth-century cloistered convent, with the fresco La Madonna della Misericordia by the famous Spinello Aretino,or the wide farmyard , located in front of the oil mill, from the panoramic terrace of the Restaurant, overlooking the olive grove, or again the delightful Giardino della Magnolia, highly appreciated for Sunday brunches and barbecues. And then enjoy the elegant Loggia della Contessa, with its wonderful porch overlooking a fantastic view. An unforgettable setting for any kind of event.

Fattoria di Maiano offers an exceptional setting for an unforgettable wedding. Surrounded by the idyllic landscape of Fiesole hills, our farm contains environments of rare beauty, the ideal backdrop for a fabulous day. The noble architectures and the fineness of our interiors meet the rustic taste of the Tuscan countryside and the scents of a wonderful land. The ideal atmosphere to give warmth and elegance to your event, completely customizable in style and outfit. The immense Botanic Garden and the Queen’s Park also offer beautiful views and panoramas for your photo shoot. A prestigious setting, chosen as location for the movie “A Room with a View”, winner of 3 Academy Awards in 1987.
