COOKING COURSES
Italy is a land rich in colours, scents, flavours and the nature offers a large choice of typical products in every season.
The expert Chefs Jacopo Tendi and Anna Bigi enjoy cooking and they are delighted to share their many recipes and techniques for preparing a variety of Tuscan meals (hors d'oeuvre, pasta, main courses and dessert).
They appear to be simple dishes, but in reality the ancient ability and small secrets of the housewives of the region are indispensable. The ideal number of lessons is 3, but we offer 1 or 2 lessons courses for 3-4 hours each.
The courses assure complete involvement of each one and are held in English or French as well as Italian.
The cookery courses at Fattoria di Maiano are very amusing and relaxing due to their carefully organised but informal approach to the subject.
All locally purchased products are guaranteed to be the freshest possible and guided tour of the local food market may be included in the course upon request.
And after class... let's sit and eat with the chef!
