MINUMUM STAY REQUIRED

From 30/05 to 03/08 1 week – friday/friday – saturday/saturday – monday/monday
From 22/12/07 to 06/01, from 21/03 to 30/05, from 03/08 to 25/10 and from 20/12 to 06/01/2009: 3 nights

Low Season: from 07/01 to 20/03 and from 25/10 to 20/12/2008: 2 nights

PRICE INCLUDES:

Welcome basket gift, general expenses for water, electricity and gas use, crockery, linen and towels (weekly changed), final cleaning, entrance to the swimming pool (open from late may to early October).

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Telephone use (based on usage), meals.

FACILITIES IN EVERY APARTMENT:

Sat TV, iron and iron board, hairdryer, dishwasher (except for Pian di Novoli), A/C in Scuola e Lavagna.

EXTRA SERVICES:

Additional linen and towels change, additional cleaning (to be requested in advance), baby sitter service (to be requested in advance), transfer service (to be requested in advance).

INSIDE  THE  FATTORIA:

Swimming pool, gardens, paths suitable for walking and trekking through the property, typical restaurant and wine-bar, parking.

TOURS AND AMANITIES (EARLY BOOKING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED):

Villa di Maiano tour, olive-mill tour, guided tours to the city centre and excursions, cooking classes, art and restoration courses.

NEARBY  THE  FATTORIA:

typical restaurant, homemade ice cream shop.

CHECK-IN TIME:

from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm

CHECK-OUT TIME:

not later than 10.00 am

TERMS AND MEANS OF PAYMENT:

a 30% deposit is required at the confirmation.
Balance is kindly demanded at the arrival. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

cancellations must be received in writing.
The following penalties will apply according to the date that the letter of cancellation is received by Fattoria di Maiano:
deposit will be not refund in case of cancellation;
for cancellation from 60th to the 30th day before departure - 50% of the rental price; for cancellation from 29th to the departure – 100% of the rental price.

DISCOUNTS:

10% discount is offered on the rental price for reservations of 2 weeks (this offer cannot be added to the others in progress).

SPECIAL OFFER “PRENOTA SUBITO”:

for reservations (no low season) confirmed within 30/01/08, reduction of 5% on the price.
