a 30% deposit is required at the confirmation.
Balance is kindly due 20 days before the arrival. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing.
The following penalties will apply according to the date that the letter of cancellation is received by Fattoria di Maiano:
deposit will be not refund in case of cancellation;
for cancellation from 60th to the 30th day before the arrival- 50% of the rental price; for cancellation from 29th to the arrival – 100% of the rental price.
