HIGH SEASON: JANUARY (1ST/12TH), APRIL, MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, DECEMBER 21st/31st

 

PRICE INCLUDES: welcome basket gift, linen and towels (weekly changed), final cleaning (except for the kitchen corner and garbage removal, provided by the guest), general expenses for water, electricity and gas use in apartment, parking available on the property, nearby the main entrance, out-door swimming-pool, playground for children, taxes.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: tourism tax, meals and what is not specified in “price includes”.

 

CHECK-IN TIME: MON/SAT from 4pm to 7pm.
CHECK-OUT TIME: not later than 10am

In the property of Fattoria di Maiano there are 3 parking areas: one is located inside the hamlet (euro 10,00 per day, per car) 2 additional areas are situated outside the hamlet and they are free of charge.The parking area inside the hamlet has a limited number of places, so it’s necessary to make an early booking.
